About the client

The Doors Services team enthusiastically approaches every project and challenge, building on nearly five decades of success and expertise to achieve remarkable results.
Project goals
The business was looking for a way to help their customers easily find the nearest location for door services and sales centers, meanwhile providing an intuitive user experience. Also, they were looking for optimized content editors’ experience so they could share some content between sub-brands, but keep it unique per brand when necessary. And last, but not least, the client was looking for an efficient solution for product management.
Key challenge
One of the most challenging aspects of building the website was developing a system that enables users to easily find door services and sales closest to their location according to business rules and certain criteria.
Additionally, each brand had partially the same content mixed with specific pages containing different content, making effective content management a priority. The most important for the business was the product management module that needed to satisfy all the internal processes, business rules, and requirements.
Our solutions
Mawazo Marketing, our partner, prepared marketing strategy and digital tooklit to address clients' needs. Services offered include custom software development and Kentico development. One of the solutions provided is the development of a product informational system. The implemented PIM system consists of several components that work together to create a centralized, up-to-date database of product information.
The first component is the product data model, which defines the structure of the product information that the PIM system will manage. This includes product descriptions, images, SKUs, pricing, and more.
The second component is the product information management tool, which is used to create, edit, and manage product information. This tool includes features such as data import and export, data validation, workflow management, and more.
The third component is the data integration layer, which allows the PIM system to integrate with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, or eCommerce systems. This allows for seamless data exchange and eliminates the need for manual data entry.
We developed a web and mobile site for our client, Doors Services, to help their customers easily find the nearest location for door services and sales centers. Mawazo Marketing made extra mile to design an outstanding user experience, intuitive and user-friendly interface and a search function that allows users to locate the nearest service or sales center with just a few clicks. The site is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
Additionally, we implemented a content management system (CMS) using Kentico, which enables site administrators to easily manage and update all the content related to the brands and services provided by Doors Services. This ensures that the site remains up-to-date and relevant for its customers. We worked to optimize the content management process for streamlined and efficient updates.
Result
Significant improvement of operational efficiency by providing content editors and store employees with intuitive, but extremely useful tools to handle their day-to-day routine, which allowed clients to reduce the cost of operations and stay ahead of the competition. Improved digital journey for the customers allowed to increase the volume of site visitors and lead them to the stores.
