  • 6+ month of experience in IT Recruitment or at least finished IT Recruitment courses
  • Experience in Recruiting - would be great but not necessary
  • High education 
  • Advanced Linkedin user - MUST
  • Advanced MS office user (Excel, PP, Word)
  • English — at least upper-intermediate level
  • Responsible, result driven, interested in professional growth
  • Has excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates 
  • High level of emotional intelligence


  • Source passive candidates through various channels by becoming an expert at understanding our Client’s needs and identifying the ideal profile for each of the open positions
  • Post job ads to various channels
  • Identify suitable candidates
  • Prioritize candidates based on their fit
  • Present candidates to our team members
  • Develop a strong understanding of the sourcing process and recommend process improvements
  • Organization of comfortable environment and work conditions for all employees (organization, planning and Improvement of Office Layout; office refurbishment and decoration
  • Managing and negotiation with suppliers (food, tea, coffee, water, stationary, furniture, office equipment and gadgets etc)
  • Cooperation with HR on onboarding process (workplace, welcome pack etc.)
  • Assistance in Event Management (Teambuildings and Office celebrations, corporate activities)
  • Reporting & Budgeting
