Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Located in Zymna Voda(Lviv region), our team of over 50 dedicated professionals is committed to empowering businesses across the USA, EU, UK, and Australia to navigate and thrive in the digital landscape.

Your main responsibility will be generating leads. The key performance indicator (KPI) for this role is the number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) you generate.

We expect at least one SQL in the first month and two per month after that. There are no limits to the bonuses, which will be based on your performance.


  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience
  • English on a professional level (B2+ or C1)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience of work with different lead generation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills (critical thinking, research, data and information analysis, analytics interpretation)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously


  • Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities;
  • Preparing and launching email and LinkedIn campaigns, handling objections and writing follow-ups to nurture leads
  • Driving the initial contact process
  • Scheduling meetings for CEO with qualified leads, providing detailed notes for a smooth handoff
  • Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software (we use CRM Zoho Bigin);
  • Work closely with marketing to develop outreach campaigns
