Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field 
  • Strong business and financial intelligence, strategic thinking, and analytical skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Leadership strengths must include inspiring trust, transparency and teamwork with cross functional resources and management 
  • Understanding the principle of IT sales 
  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers 
  • Management of campaigns and measures to acquire new customers 
  • Customer care and further development/cross-selling 
  • Acquisition, offer and contract preparation as well as contract conclusion 
  • Advising existing customers on how to improve existing business processes, products and services as well as custom IT/product solutions 
  • Recognition and implementation of up- and cross-selling opportunities 
  • Develop strategies and innovation pipeline to grow our business, working with closely with Marketing Manager, Lead generation Manager, CEO 
  • Organization and participation in regular sales meetings
