Kentico integration solutions we provide

In every Kentico integration solution we build, Kentico manages content and the portal experience, while your CRM, ERP, and commerce systems remain the source of business data. We document the ownership boundary, data flow, and synchronization logic before development begins.

Kentico CRM integration

Kentico CRM integration

Send web leads from Kentico to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Dynamics 365, or HubSpot without manual re-entry, with defined field ownership, sync direction, and error-handling rules to prevent overwritten or duplicate records; see our CRM integration services.

Kentico ERP integration

Kentico ERP integration

Give dealers and customers accurate contract pricing, inventory, and order status directly in the portal while keeping the ERP as the source of truth. We integrate Kentico with SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics NAV, and custom ERP platforms using controlled data flows, caching, and the architecture required for reliable portal performance.

Kentico eCommerce integration

Kentico eCommerce integration

Let customers place orders using accurate pricing, product data, inventory, and delivery options across your Kentico website or portal. We connect Kentico with Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, commercetools, PIM, payment, shipping, and ERP systems to keep product and order data consistent across every channel.

Marketing automation and analytics integration

Marketing automation and analytics integration

Connect Kentico forms, contacts, campaign activity, and website behavior with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics 4, or Power BI to create consistent data for marketing, sales, and reporting. This gives teams a clearer view of campaign performance, lead activity, and conversion paths.

Custom API and legacy system integration

Custom API and legacy system integration

Keep Kentico working with legacy or poorly documented systems through adapter layers, REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and Azure services. We add retries, monitoring, and failure handling so vendor API changes do not interrupt critical data flows.

AI agent and workflow integration

AI agent and workflow integration

Bring Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AI agents, and workflow tools such as Power Automate into Kentico operations for content drafting, translation, semantic search, and editorial automation. Human approval remains part of the publishing process, with controls for data privacy, quality, and usage costs.

Need to validate a Kentico integration plan?

Our Kentico integration experts review your systems, data flows, ownership rules, risks and expected effort before development begins.

When you need Kentico integration expertise

Bring in Kentico integration specialists when disconnected systems are slowing operations, creating data errors, or putting an upcoming platform change at risk.

  • You are planning a migration from Xperience 13

Review your existing integrations before moving to Xperience by Kentico, so custom data flows, authentication, business rules, and third-party dependencies are accounted for in your Kentico migration services plan.

  • Your team relies on manual data transfers

Replace spreadsheet-based workflows that delay pricing, inventory, customer, or order updates across Kentico, CRM, ERP, and commerce systems.

  • Different systems show different data

Resolve conflicts among customer, product, pricing, or order records by determining which platform owns each data field and which system can update it.

  • Integration problems reach customers

Investigate incorrect prices, missing orders, delayed updates, or unreliable portal information before they affect customer experience or sales operations.

  • A vendor or API is changing

Assess the impact of rate limits, deprecated endpoints, undocumented behavior, or a replacement vendor before the change disrupts your Kentico platform.

  • You are reviewing an existing integration

Get an independent assessment of the architecture, data flows, error handling, monitoring, documentation, and technical risks before approving a rebuild or taking over the platform.

Why choose Bits Orchestra for Kentico integration services

Bits Orchestra has worked with Kentico for 9+ years. If you are comparing a Kentico integration firm with a general web vendor, ask who owns field mapping, error handling and the failure runbook.

Proven Kentico experience

Our team has delivered or supported 65+ Kentico websites, including integration-heavy, multi-brand, multisite, commerce, and portal platforms, with leadership experience from a former Kentico MVP.

Certified Kentico developers

With 10+ certified Kentico developers, Bits Orchestra is a Kentico integration company that designs content models, custom modules, APIs, and connected business systems as one technical solution, backed by our Kentico development services.

One plan, no rework

We plan your Xperience 13 to Xperience by Kentico migration and its integrations as one project, so nothing is built twice. Every integration ships with data flows, field ownership, API contracts, deployment notes, monitoring, and a failure runbook.

Kentico 13 support ends on
December 31, 2026

From January 1, 2027, Kentico will no longer provide product updates, security hotfixes, or technical support for Xperience 13. For complex, integration-heavy platforms, assessment, rebuilding, testing, and controlled cutover can take several months—so the planning window is narrowing.

How we deliver Kentico integrations

Every Kentico integration service we deliver starts with an assessment, a data-flow map, a risk list, and an effort estimate reviewed by a certified Kentico developer, and ends with documentation your team can run. The assessment stage is also available on its own as part of our Kentico consulting services.

01.

System and data-flow assessment

We review your Xperience version, site structure, custom modules, Page Builder components, forms, contacts, authentication, APIs, data owners, integration volumes, and failure points before estimating the work.

02.

Architecture and data mapping

We define which system owns each field, how Kentico content and business data are exchanged, and whether the solution requires direct APIs, middleware, or Azure Service Bus; the output includes a signed-off integration map, field-ownership matrix, sync rules, and API contracts.

03.

Build and test

We implement the integration against the relevant Kentico APIs and your existing customizations, using idempotent operations, realistic records, dead-letter handling, and tests for rate limits, duplicate events, partial failures, and interrupted retries.

04.

Release with monitoring

We deploy through staging and controlled release environments with rollback procedures, health checks, alerts, and dashboards for failed jobs, delayed synchronization, API errors, and message queues; this approach supported a dealer-portal cutover with zero Sev-1 incidents.

05.

Documentation and support

We hand over the architecture, Kentico configuration, field mappings, API contracts, deployment notes, and failure runbook, with optional support for vendor API changes, Xperience upgrades, and ongoing .NET maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

What systems can you integrate with Kentico?

We have integrated Salesforce, Dynamics 365, a custom ERP, Dynamics NAV, Shopify Plus and Azure AD B2C, and we also connect HubSpot, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Okta, Auth0, Algolia, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Elasticsearch, MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier and Power Automate over REST, SOAP, GraphQL and webhooks, reusing Kentico's official packages so you pay only for what needs custom code. Any other system starts with an API review.

How much does a Kentico integration cost?

A single-system integration typically costs $8,000 to $25,000, and a migration with several integrations runs $40,000 to $120,000 (USD, excluding Kentico licensing). The assessment turns your scope into a scoped estimate.

How long does a Kentico integration take?

A single-system integration usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, longer when the vendor is slow to give us API access and a test environment. The assessment ends with a timeline per integration.

Can you integrate Kentico with a system that has a limited or outdated API?

Usually yes: we put an adapter or middleware layer between Kentico and the system. The assessment documents what the API can and cannot do.

Do we need a custom integration, or is a Kentico package or Zapier enough?

Often a package is enough, and we will tell you so: Kentico ships official Salesforce and Dynamics 365 packages, and Zapier covers low-volume automations. Custom work pays off when field ownership, data volume or error handling go beyond that, and the assessment shows which case you are in.

Will my existing Kentico integrations keep working after the move to Xperience by Kentico?

Existing Xperience 13 connectors and event handlers rarely transfer directly because Xperience by Kentico uses a different integration approach. We review and re-implement them against the new APIs, replacing custom logic with supported packages where appropriate. Xperience 13 support ends on January 1, 2027.

Do you monitor and support integrations after launch?

Yes: every integration gets monitoring and alerts to the owners you name, with support under a retainer.
