Bits Orchestra, a custom software and system integration company, has announced its expansion into the U.S. market, with a focus on supporting flooring manufacturers, retailers, contractors, distributors, and brands.
The company builds and connects the systems behind sales and operations — including dealer portals, product catalogs, websites, CRM, ERP, and inventory platforms.
A key area of work is product data. Flooring companies often manage large catalogs with thousands of SKUs across collections, colors, and specifications. Bits Orchestra helps keep this data consistent across systems and channels, including alignment with fcB2B data standards. Learn more about Bits Orchestra's flooring software solutions.
The team continues to work with brands within the Shaw Industries ecosystem, including COREtec Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and other Shaw divisions, supporting digital platforms used by customers, dealers, and regional sales teams. This includes web development, multi-site platforms, and integrations across internal systems.
In January 2026, Bits Orchestra attended The International Surface Event (TISE) in Las Vegas. Conversations there pointed to the same issues across companies: disconnected systems, manual work, and delays in how data moves between teams and partners.
"Our expansion into the U.S. market is a natural next step," said Roman Hutnyk, CEO at Bits Orchestra. "We focus on fixing the gaps between systems — where data gets lost, duplicated, or outdated. That’s where most operational issues actually start. In some cases, we also use AI to improve how companies work with pricing, inventory, or product data — but only where it makes practical sense."
As part of its U.S. growth strategy, Bits Orchestra has joined the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) to stay connected to the wood flooring community and contribute to ongoing efforts to modernize the industry's digital infrastructure.
The team also plans to attend NWFA Expo 2026 to continue conversations with contractors, manufacturers and distributors and better understand current operational challenges.
This announcement was featured in Hardwood Floors Magazine, the official publication of the NWFA.
